One of the first things I looked forward to was zip-lining!
My fiance, not so much. He's scared of heights. At 6'7" tall I guess he's up high enough. He also said he'd probably do it with me anyways but he's heard that those activities require you to be with a large group waiting around for hours. For me, I don't care. I'd wait a whole day for just one time to swing across the open sky.
So we'll see.
I did look into different tours and it looks like about $100-150 pp.

I also considered as I was searching horse back riding, ATV, hiking, snorkeling. This is going to be a lot of planning. Calling the hotel concierge.
